WHAT I DO

I am a Performance Consultant, Leadership & Team Facilitator. I love to interrupt thinking, spotlight behaviours, and change a fixed mind-set to growth mind-set. I am passionate about learning and having fun whilst doing so.

Unlike traditional training, I operate a flipped learning environment. Initial learning happens for the participants even before the programme commences. During the programme the participants get hands on experience, applying their learning immediately, and with real life situations.

Death by PowerPoint – I believe in experiential learning, active discussion, critical conversation, reflective practices, focused active engagement to unlock potential and transform.
