The "Good Witch" Programme

Updated: Nov 10, 2020

In the 1939 film ‘The Wizard of Oz’, Glinda the Good Witch of the North meets Dorothy on her arrival in Oz. Glinda is a supporting character who helps and guides Dorothy on her quest to Emerald City to see the great and powerful wizard to send her back to Kansas.

However, Dorothy discovers that the Wizard is nothing but a "humbug" and just stages himself as a charismatic Wizard. She realise the answer to her goal is in in her own hands or more famously on her own feet.

The “Good Witch” Coaching programme run by Patricia Byron supports women entering into and progressing upwards in the workplace. The focus of this programme is a blend of training, coaching and mentoring in group and one-to one sessions, both face to face (where possible) and online. We draw from the neuroscience of learning and development to enable a variety of delivery methods.

As a coach, my job is to take you on that journey of self-discovery and help you find the answers for yourself. I am passionate in supporting women and minorities managing and eliminate many self-limiting beliefs to focus on their unique strengths and succeed anyway.

The "Good Witch" programme covers areas such as:
